Dear Church Family,
I am happy to announce that we will regather for in-person worship, Sunday, August 2 with 9:00 am and 10:30 am services. You may select whichever service you would like to attend. We will continue requiring masks and social distancing to help keep us all healthy. If you are sick or have any symptoms, please stay home and take care of yourself. I understand that some might not feel comfortable coming back to church at this time. We will continue recording the service and posting it on Youtube and our website. We will begin Phase 2 when we move into our new worship center. Hopefully, it will be sometime in September! At that time, we will all worship together in one service while continuing to observe the health guidelines. We will also meet for Sunday school and continue our AWANA ministry.

Below, is attached our Road To Regathering Plan —
On Homecoming Sunday, November 1, we will dedicate the new worship center to the Glory of God! It will be a time of Christ-centered worship where we give praise to God who deserves all the Glory! I have invited Pastor Tom Tucker to preach the dedication sermon. Tom’s father was pastor at Wassamassaw in the 50’s when Tom was a young child. Tom is a gifted preacher, and we will be blessed by his ministry.
Let us continue to pray for God to provide for our church’s financial needs. Thank you for your faithful support through these difficult days. Let us be encouraged with Paul’s words – “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)
